A Feast for a Bookworm

A Feast for a Bookworm is weekly post on Bookworm Dreams blog highlighting new books that I either purchased, borrowed, received for review or on a giveaway.

What is the difference between this post and Stacking The Shelves hosted by Tynga's Reviews? None, whatsoever. But I thought that my post deserved some original title. And this is what my husband and me came up with. :)

Something a little bit different this time:

Pics are links to Amazon, and here are Goodreads links:
Scythe Does Matter (The Reluctant Reaper #2) by Gina X. Grant Urban Fantasy (Edelweiss)
Apocalyptic Organ Grinder by William Todd Rose Post-Apocalyptic (NetGalley)
Three by Jay Posey Fantasy (NetGalley)
Persephone (Daughters of Zeus #1) by Kaitlin Bevis YA Paranormal, Mythology (From Author)
Big thanks to Pocket Star, Hydra, Angry Robot & Kaitlin Bevis.

Scythe Does Matter is a sequel to The Reluctant Reaper which I have read and enjoyed. It was very wacky and weird but in a good way. Read my full review here...

Apocalyptic Organ Grinder is published by Random House's new digital sci-fi imprint called Hydra. I was curious and since this is novella it should not be too long.

Three is new fantasy by Angry Robot. I'm addicted to their novels, they are original and usually very good.

• I've got Persephone for review a couple of months ago and I managed to lose an ebook. ?!? Luckily, Kaitlin Bevis was so nice to send me another file, so there will be a review soon. :)

What do you think I should read first? Did you already read something from this pile? What did you get this week?

Feel free to leave links to your lists of new books in comments. ;)

  1. Hey! Thanks for stopping by :-)

I've been eyeing Three on NG -- I keep telling myself I don't need another book/series to read. I love that cover for Persephone, OMG you know how much I love mythology stories. I kind of really want this book now. *grumbles*

I hope you get The Returned soon, I'm uber-super-duper excited for it.

Persephone does sound very good, I plan to read it later this week so there will be review soon. And mythology is one of my weaknesses too. ;)

I got The Returned approval yesterday. I'm excited to read it too!
